Here’s how it works:

• SUBMIT - Anyone can submit a script to the contest, regardless if you are a patron or not, regardless of your tier level. Scripts should be between 800-1200 words, and must be your own creation (no plagiarism). Scripts must not violate the Patreon Adult Guidelines. Deadline to submit a script is March 10th at 11:59pm PST.  Email your script to candy@voicelikecandy.com

• READ - Starting March 11th, all patrons (and non-patrons who made a submission) will be able to read the scripts, which will be available online in a private location. Author’s names will be kept anonymous to avoid any favoritism.

• VOTE - A Patron-only Poll will be posted on March 15, and every patron can cast 1 vote for their favorite script.  Voting will remain open until March 20th at 11:59pm PST.  On March 21st, the winning script will be announced! The winning author may then choose to have their name revealed at this time, or remain anonymous.

• LISTEN - I will record the winning script and it will be available as a Freebie - with a slight catch! In order to encourage everyone to participate in the Read/Vote steps of the contest, you will only be eligible to receive this as a Freebie if you placed a vote in the poll. (It doesn’t matter if you voted for the winning script or not, just that you voted).  Think of it like a participation prize.  For those who do not vote in the contest, the reward may still be claimed with your credits or purchased separately.

So, get those creative juices flowing!  If you’ve ever wished you could hear me voice your fantasy, or had a great idea for a role-play scenario but the tier was perhaps out of your budget, now you have a chance to get me to record for you for free!  And if you aren’t a member of my Patreon yet, this would be a great opportunity to have my record your script for free, rather than paying for a private commission!
